The service advisor, Ms. Holmes, is always a joy to work with. She always provides timely updates and quick calls when the service is completed. She is very knowledgeable and efficient.

The people Rincon Chevrolet Service Departmen are always efficient, kind and helpful. They answer any questions I may have about my car. A special shout out to Barbara who always signs me in. She is very pleasant and helps me with things I may not understand about my service. Thank you to Rincon Chevrolet for your years of service.

My advisor took good care of me

The initial service was fine but we came to find out that 2 lug nuts were missing from the rear passenger wheel as a nice gentleman let us know as we sat at a light. We called Rincon Chevy and explained the situation and was advised by the individual answering the phone that she would let the individual who signed in the truck for service a message to call us back. We never heard back so we stopped at an auto parts store and I put them on myself. Very disappointed with no call back at all so thats why a 2 star rating.

Everyone was nice. Service was fast.

I was disappointed with the response to my inquiry of the status of my vehicle on 4/1/24. After three phone calls and waiting over three hours I finally received an update. I feel that this was not very good customer service.
