    The initial service was fine but we came to find out that 2 lug nuts were missing from the rear passenger wheel as a nice gentleman let us know as we sat at a light. We called Rincon Chevy and explained the situation and was advised by the individual answering the phone that she would let the individual who signed in the truck for service a message to call us back. We never heard back so we stopped at an auto parts store and I put them on myself. Very disappointed with no call back at all so thats why a 2 star rating.

    I was disappointed with the response to my inquiry of the status of my vehicle on 4/1/24. After three phone calls and waiting over three hours I finally received an update. I feel that this was not very good customer service.
